What Are the Akashic Records?
“Akasha” is a Hindi word derived from the Sanskrit word ākās̄́a which means “ether” and it corresponds to the fifth element (quintessence) added by Aristotle representing one of the five possible states of matter (fire, earth, ether, air and water).
Throughout history, the Akashic Records have been mentioned in both western and eastern spiritual traditions and mythologies. In the Bible, it is called the Book of Life. Other terms include: God’s Mind, Universal Library, Book of Remembrance, Cosmic Consciousness, Zero Point Field, Light Library, Halls of Amenti, Wisdom of the Ages and others.
The Akashic Records are located in the higher realms of Consciousness (Akasha) above the astral plane and are guarded by powerful beings of Light, that have never incarnated on Earth, known as the Lords of the Akashic Records.
The Akashic Records contain a record of every soul and its journey since the dawn of creation. The records contain everything that every soul has ever thought, said and done over the course of its existence as well as all the future possibilities available.
What is an Akashic Records (Soul) Reading and how can it benefit me?
Your Akashic Records provides all the information about your soul (past, present and future); that’s why many times I refer to this session as a “soul” reading.
The information in our Akashic Records empowers us so we can understand our purpose in life, heal at a physical, emotional and mental level, release unhealthy programming and self-limiting beliefs, clear past life blocks, transform our relationships, identify limitless possibilities, connect with our spirit guides and deceased loved ones, receive healing and activations directly from your guides and so much more!
An Akashic Records reading offers multiple possibilities; they never tell us what to do. In this session we are empowered, as co-creators, to exercise our right to free-will.

Preparing for an
Akashic Records Reading:
Below you will find my recommendations to prepare for your reading:
- Hydrate. Drink plenty of water so that you are well hydrated. Water boosts your energy which aids our connection.
- Try to be alcohol-free for at least 24 hours prior to your reading.
- Think of 3-5 questions or issues you’d like to receive guidance for. The best answers, that can take your reading to the next level, come from specific, open-ended, self-focused questions. Think of questions that begin with “What”, “How” and “Why”. “Yes” or “No” questions, fortune-telling questions and questions about others’ private life (prying into someone else’s Akashic record) yield no answer.
- Come with an open heart and an open mind. I recommend, when possible, taking a shower and meditating to clear your mind before your session.
The depth of your Akashic Record Reading is based on the questions you ask, your openness, and your willingness to take responsibility for your life.
Regardless of the information you receive, you don’t have to act on it immediately or not at all! You are always empowered to exert your free-will as the co-creator that you are and you are always in control of your life experience.
